[Urgent] Payment Successful but Script Download Access Denied - Aqua Engine

I recently purchased the "Aqua Engine - Ultra Lightweight Crypto Faucet & PTC Script (FaucetPay Auto)" from your marketplace today.
However, upon attempting to download the file, I encountered an error stating:
"Access denied or invalid file request"
Additionally, when I navigated to "My Purchased Scripts (Download Library)", the page displays:
"You haven't purchased any paid scripts yet."
Could you please verify my transaction manually and link the script purchase to my account so I can access the download link?
